Please read our new appointment procedures that will be in place when we re-open on Monday 13th July.

• Please arrive on time and wait outside for your stylist to greet you. 

• Please come to your appointment alone. 

• Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser on arrival and before you leave. 

• Staff will be wearing face visors and we recommend that clients wear a face mask for your appointment. 

• We are unable to serve refreshments, although a new water dispenser is available in the salon for you to help yourself in a disposable cup, or feel free to bring your own refillable water bottle. 

• There will be no magazines in the salon, feel free to bring your own reading material, Wi Fi is available. 

• Maintain 2m social distance. 

• Please do not touch any products unless you are definitely purchasing them. 

• The salon will be cleaned and sanitised throughout the day. 

• Please pay with a card, contactless when possible. 

• Do not attend your appointment if you or a member of your household are showing symptoms of Covid-19.  

• 24-hours notice of cancellation is required, failure to do so will incur a 50% surcharge. 

Covid-19: Keeping you informed - appointments

We hope all of you are keeping safe and well, we all miss you all lots.

Although we have no opening date yet, we are busy making plans to welcome you all back safely and thought we would provide some information with regard to what will happen with appointment bookings and how to make them.

First, when we do re-open, we initially plan to only offer priority services. Here is our planned reopening menu:

• Wash and cuts (all clients will be required to have their hair shampooed).

• All colour work - except large colour change and long hair colour correction.

• Perming

Once we have managed to get everyone’s priority maintenance done, hopefully in the first 6 weeks, we will slowly introduce longer, non-urgent services such as KeraStraight, wedding practice, hair up and of course blow drying. We are currently awaiting government advice regarding blow drying.

We will be creating a list for appointments and here is the process we would like you to follow please:

• Please email us on : enigmallandudno@gmail.com if you would like to make an appointment from our reopening menu. It would help us a lot if you could also state the stylist you would like and add your phone number.

• When the Government confirms when we are permitted to re-open, stylists will be contacting clients on their lists on a first come first served basis (from when we received the email).

• We appreciate many of you will already have had appointments in the diary during the period from which we have been closed. You will be given priority to re-book what you have missed. Again, your stylist, will be in touch with you.

• The number of clients permitted in the salon will be limited when we re-open so this appointment making process needs to be done very carefully.

Please do not contact us via social media or telephone as we can only organise this via email at the moment.

We will be adding further news to our website and social media channels as and when we have further clarity as to what our new appointment procedures will consist of.

1999 – 2019!

This July, we will be celebrating our 20th year in business!

The salon has been very busy this year and as always, we strive to ensure constant and never-ending improvement. 

In January, the salon had a new ‘Tassimo’ coffee machine installed and we’re all loving the delicious drinks it serves.  

Also, earlier this year, the team enjoyed an in-salon cutting workshop by a member of the Paul Mitchell training team – inspiring us with new ideas and keeping us motivated and on trend.  

This July, we will be holding an open evening to celebrate our 20thbirthday. All proceeds of the day will go to the amazing local St David’s Hospice charity, who have also had their doors open 20 years this year!
